Return and Refund Policy
Domestic Orders
All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
Returns are accepted only in case of damage-in-transit or delivery of incorrect products.
Customers must notify us at desirecreationsjewelry@gmail.com about damaged/incorrect products along with a picture within two days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
Refunds will not be initiated if the refund package does not include the original packaging, invoice, certificates, or any additional materials sent with the shipment.
Jewellery not in its original condition is not eligible for return.
Upon successful processing of a return, the amount can be used for future purchases.
Desirecreation reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

We strive to display the colors of our products on the Desirecreation website as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the display colors will be completely accurate.
International Orders
All international orders are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy
Exchange facility is available only for customers located in India.
Customers must notify us at desirecreationsjewelry@gmail.com within two days of delivery for exchange requests.
Exchange is subject to availability in stock. If the same product is not available, customers can opt for a replacement with another product or receive a credit note for future purchases.
Desirecreation reserves the right to refuse exchanges at its discretion.
Exchange is not applicable for Customised Products and products under sale.
